Order Processing Time

• It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
• Most products are shipped from our US warehouse, while a few are shipped from our warehouse in China.
• Warehouse operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.
• During the peak season (October to December), there may be delays in shipping. We recommend placing your order in advance.

• Non-delivery Areas: U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico2 PM , Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific( If you are trying to ship to a US territory or PO Box, the order will not be able to be processed.)

• This may take longer during events or holidays.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@yotoy.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

• Order has not been shipped, Within 10H after payment, Cancel Free.
• Order has not been shipped, More than 10H after payment, a 15% handling fee will be charged.
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

About Tax

• It will be your responsibility to pay duties & taxes if and when asked to by your local authorities.
• These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location.
• Normally, if your order price is under the threshold of import taxes, you may not be charged regarding the country’s customs policies.
