Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@yotoy.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

  • Order has not been shipped, Within 10H after payment, Cancel Free.
  • Order has not been shipped, More than 10H after payment, a 15% handling fee will be charged.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • It will be your responsibility to pay duties & taxes if and when asked to by your local authorities.
  • These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location.
  • Normally, if your order price is under the threshold of import taxes, you may not be charged regarding the country’s customs policies.
